Our Story
The Hurricane Strap Net Corporation is a newly formatted company with an innovative product designed to protect your home in hurricane-force winds. John Foucha is the CEO & Founder of The Hurricane Strap Net Corp. who designed the product, Has been a general contractor (home contractor) for over twenty years.
Owning the sister company J.Foucha's Construction Unlimited. Having experienced and lived through the devastation from Hurricane Andrew in August of 1992. John Foucha realized how helpless we were as humans and homeowners are when it comes to nature's fury, it is just not enough. On August 29, 2005, our nation witnessed the destruction and devastation from one of the worst natural disasters in the history of the country, hurricane Katrina. It would be soon after that design and patent were issued of The Hurricane Strap Net and its anchoring system.

The purpose of The Hurricane Strap Net is to protect homes from high wind damage caused by hurricanes and storms. Most homes that are damaged during a hurricane are caused by high winds and water damage. If we can keep a roof secure on a home, that home will be protected from high winds and water damages. Shingles being separated from the roof are the first signs of damage.

Once this happens, water, rain, and wind work it is a way to waken the infrastructure of the roof. Given enough time and strong enough winds, the roof or parts of the roof will begin to give way followed by the lifting of the roof soffit. The high winds from the hurricane create dangerous flying debris. Once debris hits and breaks a window the home causes a vacuum effect where the air is sucked through the window and entry doorways give way to the pressure causing the roof to lift. Once the roof is separated from the home, the home is vulnerable and will experience extreme wind and water damage. At this point, the walls have no roof support and are susceptible to collapse due to high hurricane-force winds.
